The motor has intake valves, and their bolts can loosen and fall into the cylinders. There are also occasional reports of the timing belt skipping due to the wedge of its hydraulic tensioner. Many complaints on the forum are related to excessive oil consumption, which occurs closer to 200,000 km. Motor revs regularly fluctuate due to throttle, EGR, or injectors being clogged.
