2.0-liter engine Hyundai G4NE or 2.0 MPi Hybrid was produced by the company from 2012 to 2015 and installed in hybrid versions of Sonata 6 and similar Kia Optima 3 on the Asian market. In the American market, such hybrids were equipped with a 2.4-liter engine G4KK from the Theta II series. The Nu series also includes the following internal combustion engines: G4NA, G4NB, G4NC, G4ND, G4NG, G4NH, and G4NL.
