The weight of the EP6DTS engine with attachments is 147 kg. The engine number EP6DTS is located at the front where it meets the gearbox. The weak point of the engine is the high-pressure fuel pump of the direct injection system, which has a lifespan of 50,000 km. The timing chain does not last very long and often requires intervention every 30,000 km.
