Engine Overview and Common Failures

Here is an aluminum block, but scratches are rare with normal maintenance. However, if you skimp on oil and allow frequent engine overheating, they will appear. The main problems here are associated with unreliable timing chain hydraulic tensioners. It is also necessary to monitor the condition of the timing belt, as valve bending can occur in case of rupture. Additionally, lubricant leaks often occur here, especially at the junction of the engine and transmission.
