Engine Overview and Common Failures

All power units VR5 are known for their high fuel and lubricant consumption. The timing chain has a rather low lifespan, and its replacement is complex and expensive. The main reason for the unstable engine performance is usually air suction or dirt on the throttle. Additionally, the engine often encounters electrical issues, with various sensors failing. The valve cover is combined with the gasket, and in case of oil leakage, it needs to be replaced as a whole.
