Engine Overview and Common Failures

The dry weight of the G4LH engine is 91 kg (without attachments). The engine number G4LH is located at the front, where it meets the gearbox. This turbocharged engine has recently appeared and its breakdown statistics have not yet been collected. On foreign forums, people only complain about noisy operation or excessive vibrations. Like all direct injection engines, this one suffers from carbon deposits on the intake valves. There are isolated cases described online of replacing the timing chain before reaching 100,000 km. The weak points of this unit include the adsorber valve and short-lived cushions.
