Second place goes to regular coolant leaks from the thermostat block. Also, the engine supports, fuel pump, and crankshaft pulley damper have a low lifespan. After 200,000 km mileage, the timing chain often stretches and oil consumption appears. There are no hydraulic lifters, valve clearances need to be adjusted every 100,000 km.
