For a turbocharged engine, this power unit is quite reliable and does not cause much trouble. Its weak points include an unreliable electronic throttle and thermostat block. The fuel pump and crankshaft pulley damper also have a modest lifespan. At around 200,000 km mileage, the timing chain often stretches or oil consumption appears. Hydraulic compensators are not provided, and the valves periodically require adjustment.
