Engine Overview and Common Failures

The weight of the G4FM engine is 98.8 kg. The engine number G4FM is located at the front, at the junction with the gearbox. This power unit has just appeared and there is no information about its reliability yet. It is unknown whether the issue with the catalyst has been resolved. All engines in the series suffer from scoring. The higher-end Smartstream MPi engine is known for excessive oil consumption; it would be interesting to see how this one performs. One of the versions of this engine received a new dual injection system DPi. Since we do not have this engine yet, there are problems with service and spare parts.
