Engine Overview and Common Failures

The weight of the A28NET engine according to the catalog is 215 kg. The engine number A28NET is located at the junction of the block and the transmission. This turbocharged engine quickly overheats, so please monitor the cooling system. The timing chain has a very modest lifespan, and its replacement can be quite expensive. It is quite common to have air suction through the hose from the air filter. The turbine is reliable, however, the bypass valve membrane often breaks. The weak points of this unit include its control unit, vacuum pump, and fuel pump.
