Engine Overview and Common Failures

Engine number GW E20CB is located at the junction of the block and gearbox. In the first year of engine production, Wey crossover owners complained about excessive oil consumption. However, this issue was resolved by 2021, and such cases are now rare. Like all direct injection engines, it suffers from carbon deposits on the intake valves. It is also worth noting that the original air filter provides weak protection against sand.
