Overview and Common Failures

Body and Interior The paintwork here is quite thin, but the body is galvanized and doesn't rust easily. Owners often complain only about chrome bubbling, sometimes after the first winter. The quality of the interior materials is good, and finally, they have improved the sound insulation. Engine Both gasoline engines are very reliable but have significant nuances. The 2.0-liter G4NA is known for developing scoring due to catalyst destruction. The 2.5-liter G4KM may consume oil even from the first kilometers of mileage. Transmission The 6-speed automatic transmissions A6MF1 and A6MF2 are trouble-free and don't cause any hassle. Suspension The suspension is a bit stiff, but thanks to this, the handling of the cars is excellent. There are no special claims regarding the braking system and steering control of the car.
