The 8th generation Cadillac DeVille, in the GMX270 body, was produced in Detroit from 1995 to 2005 and mainly offered on the American market. They were not officially sold here. The model was created on the front-wheel drive G-Body platform, just like the Buick LeSabre and Pontiac Bonneville.
